We offer free standard shipping. 

Express shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the parcel. It is only available for metro cities at the moment. To opt for express shipping, you can either drop in a request on our WhatsApp at +91 91528 01370 or send us an email at msvioletindia@gmail.com. 
Please note, express shipping requests can be accepted or declined subject to product availability.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
For standard shipping, orders are typically dispatched within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) within India. If you opt for our express shipping option, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days. 
In case the piece(s) you’ve ordered aren’t readily available please allow us some time to restock. The shipment period may take longer and one of our staff members will send you a notification of delay via email. 

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your email address that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

SERVICE DELAYS
Ms.Violet is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
